Mr Smart began his career in sales and marketing, including 15 years at Alcoa, based in both Australia and the United Kingdom. Mr Smart is now Chair of the Adidem Group, which comprises companies in property, publishing and water purification. He is an adjunct Clinical Professor at Mon ash University where he teaches health law and health services management. This committee assists the board in inside regulate and compliance, accounting and financial reporting and risk management processes of Hudson Institute. This committee advises the board and director on statutory requirements for corporate governance and commercialization of Hudson Institute’s intellectual property and related issues.
